we are talking about faisability.
first, i see no reason to
believe that this would actually work let alone outperform current blade turbine technology.
second, a patent does not legitimize an "invention" or idea. i think there are more than a few patents that never hit the market because they are not feasible in production.

@..ulysswarrior...are you tunisien ore isrl...? .do you know that austria know all the experiences about this subject and they can not give any certeficat only to the really inventors...can you say to aour inventor : thank you ..???????

L'idee est inspiree des bateaux a voile .la collection des movements du vent en le transformant en energie cinetique .les recherches ont commencees en 2010 et le brevet depose en nov 2012. La partie la plus chere dans le projet c'est le systeme de collection cinetique a partir du vent .le cout de revient peut être reduit avec des etudes plus pousses .ce projet peut couvrir jusqu'a 20% de notre besoin d'energie en tunisie

the so called doctor in mechanics, holds 2 inventions, a business man with companies in france, algeria ....
i've done an intensive check and cross examination:

- no single doctorate bearing the name barkia.
- no single invention bearing the name barkia.
- no single company in france managed by barkia.
- no barkia in algeria ...

( most of databases are available on the web.)

no address, no phone number ......
barkia is a 100% a crook and i've alerted the government and marzouki.

First do some search before sending congratulations.

here again, the invention looks phony.

Macha2 allah bravo bravo bravo pour cette idée sans précédant... la question est où cette idée va-t-elle être appliquée? en tunisie? je l'espère vraiment car je connais beaucoup de têtes tunisiennes qui malheureusement travaille pour les grosses entreprises occidentales malgré qu'elles ont étudié en tunisie avec l'argent du peuple tunisien...quel est le plan de la tunisie pour favoriser le retour de ces têtes précieuses...zaba les faisait fuir
car il avait plutôt besoins de leurs virements bancaires vers leurs familles respectives et leurs argents dépensés en tunisie pendant leur vacances et donc des devises....
mais est ce que la tunisie a plus besoins devises que de têtes?
est ce que le gouvernement est financièrement capable d’accueillir ces têtes et leur fournir les bonnes conditions pour qu'ils puissent sortir leurs talents?
en fin, est ce que la tunisie a plus besoin de ses têtes en tunisie ou à l'étranger?

Sorry guys. that reminds me of the counless of inventions for auto engines, including the "henkel" engine.
unfortunately, none of them is economically better than the classic reciprocating engine you find in a common car.
invention is good. turning it into a viable project is another story.
