Now , look how ben ali managed the crisis with moderation and political experience. we might have lost a good quantity of fish, yet we have gained respect, gratefulness and a diplomatic commitment never to venture in the tunisian seas. politics is anger and tension free. it is moderation, coolness and management of crises while still holding the reins. happy ending to a small crisis. one more word: i am not egyptian. i am friend of mankind.

To all those who have responded to my comment: first, i cannot write in arabic because my laptop has no arabic fonts. second, please understand the expression " no harm" i only meant that it was not a big deal. i spoke as a muslim and an arab, not as a politician. third, what i said about the frontiers is true. tunisian frontiers with algeria have been modified and favored algeria. this was due to colonization. now , some comment said that "
tunisian authorities should be firm with those fishermen" if we think it is true, are you willing to accept what the italian authorities with most of all those tunisian entering the italian territories illegally? is is haram alina, halel alikom?
last, the guy who said i must be egyptian is really narrow-minded. although i would not mind being egyptian, i would like to remind this gentleman that cairo was built by a tunisan army leader called jawhar al sikilly.
in this forum, we should debate issues of general interest as objective scholars, not as regional supporters.

excume me ! what are you talking about ? if we`re really brothers the arab authorities should first of all drop the visa for the visitors but this would never happen. these fishermen are considered as thieves, they trespassed a property, a sovereignty which is in other terms a "violation" which should be taken care of.

Il faut être ferme avec ces pêcheurs et leur donner une bonne leçon pour qu'ils soient un exemple pour les autres.
