My answer will be absolutely 'Yes' !
They will be able to do it ! It will be hard no doubt but we should make it or even must make it !
Our economy is getting down so we need to work instead of getting home earlier just to sleep and enjoy Ramadan ! I think this is our basic problem : nobody cares about the coutry/the economy ..the growth of our nation ...Every body thinks only about sahryet et chikhat et seance unique ! at the end we found ourselves at the very end of the scale ..or sometimes we dont even find ourselves ...
Also to answer your question :
-First i lived also in laval for 3 past years and we had over 36Cs temperature in last ramadan and i was working full time ! I am not praising myself but i ma just describing how things are going outside ! extremely different than how things re going backhome ...
-Second : High temperature is not a pretext , coz the reduced time is dedicated for state emplyees which means air condiotioner very hwre ...and for fasting .. i think hard work is the aim of ramadan .. we dont fast just to reduce work time and get :mekla w sahriyet w 7wasset w chikhat ..as i mentioned before ..this is not ramadan ! and this is not how we can get our country out from teh bottle neck ....

I understand your point of view. But, do you really think that the tunisians can work in ramadhan till 5pm or 6pm with that high temperature?
I lived in QC (Laval) for 3 years, are you really comparing Montreal's summer and the mediterranean weather?
Anyway, when ramadhan will come earlier we'll able to discuss about the 'séance unique' but not now.

-13H30 14H00 fermeture et classification des dossiers et préparation pour la sortie.

En ce demande avec cet horaire si le gouvernement provisoire actuel veut améliorer le rendement et la productivité ou le contraire. En effet avec cet horaire il ne fait que précipiter la détérioration de la qualité du travail et de la production et par conséquent l’effondrement d’une économie agonisante.
Emploi du temps d’un travailleur :
- Dormir à 3h du matin ramadan oblige après le shour et aussi à cause des moustiques, mezoued, soulamia, musique orientale, occidentale…
- Levée à 5h30 du matin pour rattraper le 1er bus puis le 2ème pour arriver au boulot à l’heure.
- Rentrée à 14h en pleine canicule dans des bus bondés et un embouteillage monstre.
La question qui se pose quel est le rendement que peut donner un employer après un sommeil de 2h30mn par 24h ???

Spécialité tunisienne laisser trainer les dossiers des citoyens aussi longtemps que possible qu'on finit par croire qu'ils sont surmenés alors que c'est le contraire
